Welcome the New Year with a Friends of Mt Majura working bee. Join us for a cuppa and help tackling weeds at the lower slope of Mt Majura behind Rivett Street in Hackett.
When: Sunday, 18 January 2009, from 8.00am to noon.
Where: Meet at the lower Hackett water reservoir off Rivett / French Streets, Hackett
Bring and wear: Sun protection, sturdy boots, full-body covering clothing and gloves
All equipment will be provided.

If you have some time to spare, please come along, sign the activity sheet at the rangers’ trailer, enjoy a cuppa and a chat, and help us to improve our local bushland reserve. Novice weeders are encouraged to be early for an induction on target weeds and on the save handling of equipment.
