The Friends of Mount Majura (FoMM) will host a working party to tackle woody weeds along the gully line from the upper Majura dam to the park entrance at Mackenzie Street.

Join in for a leisurely walk, search and destroy working party and say goodbye to briar rose and blackberry re-growing along the gully. Weather permitted we will also spray abundant St John’s Wort.

St John's Wort is a highly invasive weed. Large stands are found along tracks, the powerline easement and other disturbed sites. (Photo W. Pix)

Please contact the FoMM coordinator at admin@majura.org if you can help with weeding or collecting seeds in December and begin of January.
